TERMS OF DELIVERY
Terms of deliveryThese terms of delivery are valid from January 21, 2022.
We only sell products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. You can also order products via email. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is bank transfer or PayPal.
In some cases, you can also choose the cost-free and interest-free Installment option. In this case, Cryptolouhimo acts as the credit provider and Finnish law applies to the contract.

Order and payment confirmationWhen we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costsDeliveries are free for customers, so there are no delivery costs for the customer.
You can choose the option that suits you best from the delivery methods available at checkout. We always send the product properly packed and marked, so that the product will definitely arrive intact. If you notice damage to the product, please contact our customer service immediately. Our insurance also corrects the error of the transport company, therefore we need a complaint about the error within 7 days, otherwise the warranty or insurance does not cover the error, and we are not obliged to replace the device.
Delivery timeOur most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates will be communicated to the customer and we will also inform you of possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.
You also have to remember that the products in question are highly sought after and the demand is strong. As a rule, we depend on the schedules of our suppliers, and delays and delivery times are not factors that depend on us. After receiving the products, we immediately send them to the customer.
Right of withdrawalYou have the right to cancel this contract before the product reaches you, within 14 days of the order. Please note that there is no right of cancellation for goods that are not in our own warehouse, because the products are ordered separately to Finland. The deadline for cancellation ends when the goods are received or, in the case of downloadable products, when the order is received. If you haven't gotten around to plugging in the device and it's proven unused, then the return right is 14 days.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email).
In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of CancellationIf you cancel this contract, we will return to you all the performance we have received from you, except the delivery costs, in the case that the product has been delivered to the customer, without delay and in any case no later than 30 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the services.
You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.
You are only responsible for such reduction in the value of the goods, which is the result of processing other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Unclaimed packageNon-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
